With us you will find the right plastic screw - for every application, for every use. Plastic screws made of high-quality material can be used in many ways, for example in medical, food or electrical engineering. They are often the solution when conventional metal screw connections are not suitable. This can be the case when, due to external influences such as moisture, a high level of resistance must be combined with elasticity. Plastic screws from Cena are available as standard in polyamide 6.6 (PA6.6) - but on request we can also supply our products in special materials such as crystal-clear PC, POM or PP.

Why polyamide 6.6 (PA6.6)?
Polyamide 6.6 belongs to the thermoplastics and is comparable to the also partially crystalline polyamide PA 6 - but with better mechanical properties: Polyamide 6.6 has a higher heat resistance (up to 85 °C) and a lower water absorption. Due to its good damping properties, the plastic is particularly well suited for machine parts that are subject to heavy stress. Plastic screws at Cena are available as cheese-head screws, pan-head screws, hexagonal screws, flat-head screws with cross recess, countersunk screws with slot / cross recess, countersunk screws with cross recess / slot and set screws. Cheese head screws and pan-head screws:
Our cap screws similar to DIN 84 / EN ISO 1207 and pan-head screws similar to DIN 85 / EN ISO 1580 are available in thread sizes M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 in different thread lengths.

Hexagon head screws:
In our range we have hexagonal bolts DIN 34810 similar to DIN 933 / DIN EN 24017 / DIN ISO 4017. From a thread size of M 10 x 50 these are glass fibre reinforced. Each package contains either 100 or 200 pieces.

Flat head screws with cross recess:
Flat head screws with cross recess DIN 24812 similar to DIN 7985 / EN ISO 7045 are available from Cena in the thread sizes M3, M4, M5, M6 and M8 - available either as 100 or 200 pieces.

Countersunk screws and countersunk screws with slot / cross recess:
Other variants of plastic screws in our range are countersunk screws with slot / cross recess similar to DIN 963 / EN ISO 2009 and countersunk screws with cross recess / slot similar to DIN 965 / DIN 34811 EN ISO 7046. These are available in thread sizes M3, M4, M5 and M6 with different thread lengths.
